Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic professional to help build the organizational structure, systems, and financial infrastructure for a growing multi-company ecosystem.

This is not a traditional operations role, this position focuses on designing and implementing scalable systems, reporting, accountability, and financial visibility to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design organizational structures, reporting lines, and staffing plans
  • Build SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems across companies
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Improve financial visibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Support FP&A efforts: cost analysis, margin improvement, and cash flow planning
  • Assist with system implementation and cross-company coordination
  • Contribute to growth strategy, capacity planning, and investment analysis (equipment, real estate, expansion)
  • Align operations, finance, and leadership through clear processes and reporting

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience scaling organizations or building operational/financial infrastructure
  • Strong financial acumen (KPIs, budgeting, profitability drivers)
  • Systems-oriented with the ability to execute at a detailed level
  • Effective communicator across leadership and field teams
